1. About these terms

By hiring IA Tech Studio's services, you agree to the terms described in this document. Please read carefully before starting any project.

2. Services

IA Tech Studio provides digital product development, SaaS MVPs, and feature integration for companies and founders. The scope of each project is defined in a written proposal before work begins.

3. Payment

Projects are billed at a fixed price, defined before the start. Payment is split in two: 50% at the start of the project and 50% upon delivery. There are no surprise charges outside the agreed scope. Scope changes during the project are quoted separately and agreed upon in writing.

4. Delivery

Timelines are estimated in the proposal and met to the best of our ability. In case of delays on IA Tech Studio's side, the client will be informed in advance. Delays caused by lack of client response or materials may impact the final deadline.

5. Code ownership

Upon full payment, all code and materials developed belong to the client. IA Tech Studio retains no rights over the delivered product.

6. Confidentiality

IA Tech Studio treats all project information as confidential and does not share it with third parties without client authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

IA Tech Studio is not responsible for loss of revenue, data, or opportunities resulting from the use or malfunction of the delivered product. IA Tech Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.

8. Cancellation

The client may cancel the project at any time. Amounts paid up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. Work already completed will be delivered as-is.
